Publisher Role Overview
PublisherAs a Publisher on the PATHS platform, you control what learners see. You are responsible for taking editorially approved content live, maintaining the quality of published material, and archiving content that is no longer current.
Your Responsibilities

- Manage live content — Monitor published articles and ensure they remain accurate and relevant over time.

What you can and cannot do
Publishers can transition articles from Approved to Published and from Published to Archived. You cannot edit article content directly — if you spot an issue in an approved article, send it back to the editorial team for correction before publishing.
The Publishing Pipeline
Content arrives in your queue after passing through the editorial process. By the time an article reaches Approved status, it has been written by a contributor and reviewed by an Editor. Your role is the final step before learners see the content.
