Browsing Courses & Articles
Free UserPATHS organises its educational content into two main formats: courses for structured learning and articles for standalone deep dives. This guide covers how to browse and filter both.
Browsing Articles
To access the full article listing:
Click Articles in the main navigation bar at the top of the page.
You will see a paginated grid of article cards showing the title, pillar tag, and a brief excerpt.

Use the pillar filter to narrow results to a specific longevity pillar — for example, Nutrition & Metabolic Health or Sleep & Recovery.

Click any article card to open and read it.
Locked content
Some articles display a lock icon, indicating they require a paid tier (Regular, Premium, or Enterprise). As a free user, you can see the title and excerpt but not the full content. See Upgrading Your Plan for details.
Browsing Courses
To explore available courses:
Click Courses in the main navigation bar.
Browse the course cards, each showing the course title, a short description, and the number of modules.

Click a course card to view its detail page, including the full description and module outline.
Even though free users cannot enrol in courses, you can still review the full course structure — module titles, lesson titles, and learning objectives — to decide whether an upgrade is worthwhile.
Filtering by Pillar
Content on PATHS is organised around six longevity pillars. When browsing articles, you can select a pillar from the filter menu to see only content related to that topic. This is a fast way to focus on the area most relevant to your goals.
To learn more about what each pillar covers, see Content Pillars.
Pagination
Both the article and course listing pages use pagination. Navigate between pages using the page controls at the bottom of the listing. Each page displays a fixed number of items so content loads quickly regardless of library size.
