Getting Started with PATHS
Welcome to PATHS by LIMITLESS — your gateway to evidence-based longevity education. This guide will walk you through creating your account and getting set up on the platform.
Creating Your Account
Navigate to the PATHS platform and click Sign Up in the top-right corner of the page.
Enter your email address and choose a secure password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
Click Create Account to submit your registration.
Check your email inbox for a verification email from PATHS. Click the verification link to activate your account.
Email not arriving?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, you can request a new verification email from the login page.
Exploring the Platform
Once your account is verified, you can:
- Browse courses — View all available courses and their descriptions
- Read free articles — Access articles available at the free tier
- Search content — Use semantic search to find topics that interest you
- View your profile — Manage your account settings
As a free user, you have access to a selection of articles and course previews. To unlock the full library, AI tutor, and interactive quizzes, consider upgrading your plan.
Welcome Tour
The first time you log in, a Welcome to PATHS onboarding tour appears. This 3-step walkthrough introduces you to the platform's key features:
- Welcome — Overview of the PATHS learning platform
- Choose your pillars — Select the longevity topics that interest you most
- First course recommendation — A suggested course based on your interests
You can skip the tour at any time. It won't appear again after you complete or dismiss it.
Understanding the Homepage
After logging in, you'll land on the homepage where you can see:
- Featured courses — Curated courses highlighted by the editorial team
- Latest articles — Recently published longevity articles
- Membership tiers — Compare plans and their features
- Content pillars — The six pillars of longevity education
- Expert practitioners — Real clinicians and coaches behind the content
Your Account Dashboard
Navigate to Account (or click your avatar in the top-right) to access your personal dashboard. Even as a free user, you can see:
- Stats cards — Courses enrolled, lessons completed, and your learning streak
- Continue Learning — Resume courses you've started
- Explore — Quick links to browse courses, articles, and diagnostics
