Biomarker Tracking
Paid UserWhen you add two or more readings for the same biomarker in your Health Profile, PATHS generates interactive trend charts so you can visualize how your health markers change over time.
Viewing Your Trends
The Biomarker Trends section appears at the bottom of your Health Profile page (/account/health) once you have multiple readings for at least one biomarker.
Each chart shows:
- Line chart connecting your readings over time
- Normal range shading — a teal band showing the healthy reference range
- Status-colored data points — green (normal), yellow (borderline), red (out of range)
- Trend indicator — an arrow showing whether the biomarker is trending up, down, or stable, with percentage change
Charts require at least 2 readings for the same biomarker. Add a new reading each time you get blood work done to build a complete trend picture.
Understanding Trend Indicators
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ↑ Up | Value is increasing compared to your previous reading |
| ↓ Down | Value is decreasing |
| → Stable | No significant change between readings |
The percentage change and time period are shown alongside the arrow (e.g., "↑ 15% over 3 months").
How Trends Feed AI Context
Your biomarker trends are automatically included in the AI context. When you use the AI Tutor, it can reference your trends — for example: "Your Vitamin D has improved from 22 to 35 ng/mL over the last 3 months. You're moving into the optimal range."
This context also enriches Daily Protocols and Action Plans.
