Course Certificates

Paid User

When you complete all lessons in a course, PATHS automatically generates a completion certificate — a branded, verifiable credential you can share with employers, on LinkedIn, or for continuing education records.

How Certificates Work

Certificates are generated automatically when your course progress reaches 100%. There is no manual step required — simply complete every lesson in a course.

Each certificate includes:

  • Your full name
  • The course title and content pillar
  • The instructor's name
  • Date of completion
  • A unique certificate number (e.g., PATHS-1711543200-X7K2)
A PATHS course certificate showing name, course, date, and certificate number
A branded PATHS completion certificate with gold accents and verification details.

Viewing Your Certificates

Navigate to AccountCertificates in the sidebar.
You'll see a list of all certificates you've earned, with course title, pillar, and completion date.
Click any certificate to view the full branded display.

Sharing & Printing

Each certificate has a public shareable URL at /certificates/[id]. You can:

  • Copy the link and share it with anyone — no login required to view
  • Print using the print button — the certificate is formatted for clean printing with @media print styles
  • Share on LinkedIn or include in professional development portfolios

Add your certificate URL to your LinkedIn profile under "Licenses & certifications" for professional visibility.

Organization Certificates

If you're part of an organization on PATHS, your certificates are also visible to your team administrator for compliance tracking. See Team Certificates for details.

What if I completed a course before certificates were available?

Certificates are generated retroactively. If you completed a course before the feature launched, your certificate was automatically created and is available in your Certificates page.

Can I re-download a certificate?

Yes. Certificates are always available at their public URL and in your account. You can view, print, or share them at any time.
