Compliance Dashboard
Organization UserIf your organization uses PATHS for staff training, the Compliance Dashboard at /account/team gives managers a real-time view of team completion rates, certifications, and training status.
The Compliance Dashboard is only visible to team managers (publishers with tenant access) and admins. Regular organization members will not see the "Team" navigation item.
Dashboard Overview
The compliance dashboard includes:
- Overview cards — Staff count, total enrollments, certificates earned, overdue training
- Staff table — Expandable rows showing each team member's enrollments, progress, and certificates
- Certificate tracking — Expiry warnings for certifications within 30 days of expiration
- CSV export — Download all staff compliance data for reporting
Staff Table
The staff table lists all members of your organization with columns for:

| Status | Completion status across assigned content |
Click any row to expand and see detailed enrollment and certificate information for that member.
Certificate Expiry Warnings
If your organization has enabled certification expiry (configured by your admin), certificates approaching their expiry date are flagged with a warning badge. This helps managers ensure staff recertify before deadlines.
Exporting Data
Click the CSV Export button to download a spreadsheet of all staff compliance data. The export includes names, emails, enrollment status, certificate numbers, and completion dates — suitable for regulatory reporting.
