Progress Dashboard
Organization UserPATHS tracks your learning activity automatically. As you complete lessons, finish quizzes, and work through courses, your progress is recorded and available for you to review at any time.
Viewing Your Progress
Your learning progress is accessible from your account page. Here you can see:
- Enrolled courses — all courses you have joined, with completion percentage for each
- Completed lessons — a record of every lesson you have finished
- Quiz results — scores from quizzes you have taken
- Enrollment history — when you enrolled in each course
Understanding Completion Tracking
PATHS tracks progress at three levels:
| Level | What Is Tracked |
|---|---|
| Lesson | Marked complete when you reach the end of a lesson page |
| Module | Complete when all lessons within the module are finished |
| Course | Complete when all modules are finished |
Progress is saved automatically. If you close your browser mid-lesson, you can return later and pick up where you left off. There is no need to manually save.
As an organization member, your progress is visible to your organization administrator. This allows them to:
- Monitor team-wide course completion rates
- Identify team members who may need additional support
- Report on training compliance for organizational requirements
Your data stays within your org
Only your organization's administrator can view your progress. Other team members cannot see your individual results, and other organizations on the platform have no access to your data.
Resuming a Course
To continue a course you have already started, go to the Courses page or your Account page. Courses in progress display a Continue button that takes you directly to the next incomplete lesson.
Learning Streaks
Your dashboard tracks your learning streak — consecutive days with at least one lesson completed. The streak counter and flame icon appear in your stats cards. See Learning Streaks for details.
Certificates
Completing a course automatically generates a certificate. Your certificates are tracked by your organization for compliance purposes. See Team Certificates for details.
