Team Certificates

When you complete a course as part of an organization on PATHS, your certificate is automatically linked to your organization's compliance tracking. This means your team manager can see your certifications alongside those of your colleagues.

Earning Certificates as an Org Member

The certificate process is the same as for individual users:

1. Complete all lessons in a course (reach 100% progress)
2. A certificate is generated automatically with your name, course title, and a unique certificate number
3. The certificate appears in your Account → Certificates page

The difference is that your certificate is also visible in your organization's Compliance Dashboard.

Certificate Expiry

Some organizations configure certifications to expire after a set period (e.g., 12 months). If your organization uses expiry:

• You'll see the expiry date on your certificate
• You'll receive a warning when your certificate is within 30 days of expiring
• To recertify, you'll need to re-complete the course

Sharing Certificates

Each certificate has a public URL that you can share with HR, compliance departments, or on your professional profile. See Course Certificates for sharing details.
