Contacting Your Organization Administrator

Your organization administrator manages your team's access to PATHS. If you have questions about your access level, need help with content, or encounter an issue, your admin is your first point of contact.

When to Contact Your Admin

Reach out to your organization administrator if you:

  • Cannot access expected content — a course or article you need is locked or not visible
  • Need a higher access level — your role requires content above your current tier
  • Have enrollment questions — you are unsure which courses to take or in what order
  • See incorrect progress data — your completion status does not reflect work you have done
  • Need account changes — your email, role, or team assignment needs updating

Your admin controls your organization's content access level and team membership. PATHS platform support cannot modify organization-level settings on your behalf — only your admin can make those changes.

How to Find Your Admin

Your organization administrator is typically the person who invited you to join the PATHS platform. If you are unsure who your admin is:

Check the original invitation email you received when joining PATHS. The sender or the email body usually identifies your administrator.
Ask your manager or HR department. The PATHS subscription is often managed by a training coordinator, HR lead, or department head.
If you still cannot identify your admin, contact PATHS support at support@limitless-longevity.health and provide your organization name. The support team can help connect you.

What to Include in Your Request

When reaching out to your admin, include the following details to help them resolve your issue quickly:

  • Your email address on PATHS
  • The specific content you need access to (course name, article title)
  • What you see — error message, locked indicator, or missing content
  • What you expected — the access or behavior you anticipated

Access changes take effect immediately

When your admin updates your organization's access level or assigns new content, the changes are reflected on your account right away. You do not need to log out and back in.
