Team Learning Paths

Organization User

Your organization administrator can set up structured learning paths — curated sequences of courses designed to build knowledge progressively. These paths ensure your team develops a consistent foundation in longevity science relevant to your industry.

What Are Learning Paths?

A learning path is an ordered set of courses that your admin has selected and arranged for your team. Rather than browsing the full course catalog and choosing at random, learning paths give you a clear sequence:

  1. Foundation courses — core concepts everyone on the team should understand
  2. Intermediate courses — deeper dives into relevant specializations
  3. Advanced courses — expert-level content for team members who want to go further

Learning paths are recommendations, not restrictions. You can still browse and enroll in any course within your access level. The learning path simply provides a suggested order.

Following a Learning Path

Navigate to the Courses page. Courses that are part of your team's learning path are highlighted with a suggested order.
Start with the first course in the sequence. Enroll and work through the modules in order.
Complete all lessons and quizzes within a course before moving to the next one in the path.
Track your overall path progress from your Progress Dashboard.

Why Order Matters

Courses in a learning path are sequenced intentionally. Earlier courses introduce terminology, frameworks, and foundational science that later courses build upon. Skipping ahead may leave gaps in understanding.

New to longevity science?

If the content feels unfamiliar, start with the first course in the path and take your time. The AI tutor is available to answer questions as you learn, if your access level includes it.

Depending on your organization's industry, your admin may set up paths such as:

  • Hospitality staff wellness — nutrition fundamentals, sleep science, stress management
  • Healthcare professionals — advanced biomarkers, metabolic health, clinical longevity protocols
  • Corporate wellness — executive health foundations, movement and recovery, cognitive performance

Completing a Learning Path

When you finish all courses in a learning path, your completion is recorded on your progress dashboard. Your administrator can see team-wide completion rates, which helps the organization track training goals.
